Simply stop by the Door County Dental Care offices during business hours with a donation of dry or canned goods for the local food pantry. Let the front desk know and they will direct you to fill out the proper entry form work. Not a patient at Door County Dental Care? No problem, everyone is welcome to enter. One entry per person, must enter by Wednesday September 2nd. Winner is responsible for picking up tickets and agrees to take photos for promotional use.
